My direction, “The Covers” was chosen by the team at Amazon and Stephen David Entertainment, allowing me to take the lead on this smooth jazz title sequence. The sequence was completed and delivered in 4K in a short time span. I relied heavily on camera projection to give life to some iconic covers from Playboy Magazine’s formative years. The flexibility of the stripped down aesthetic allowed me to transition simply between scenes and adjust timing to match the client’s feedback.
